VocoVision is actively hiring a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy services for students in South Carolina. Position Overview:

  • Location: Fully remote (must be a resident of South Carolina)
  • Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
  • Hourly Rate: $45 - $50/hr
  • Start Date: Immediate openings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual speech and language therapy to students across South Carolina school districts.
  • Assess, plan, and implement treatment for students with a range of speech and language challenges.
  • Develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborate with school teams to track progress.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and school personnel to ensure consistent and effective support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, student progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Communication Disorders or related field
  • Licensing/Certification:
    • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in South Carolina
    • Active South Carolina Educator Certification
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLP (virtual experience is preferred)
    • Experience working with K-12 students and developing IEPs

VocoVision Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable working as an independent contractor
  • Completion of a basic technical screening prior to interview
  • Willingness to obtain professional liability insurance
