Responsibilities:

  • Classroom Assistance and Instructional Support: Directly working with students either one-on-one or in groups to provide guidance and support within the classroom.
  • Student Assistance: Providing assistance to students with special needs, including physical, emotional, or learning challenges. This may involve giving personalized attention, facilitating communication, or implementing tailored educational plans.
  • Collaboration with Teachers
  • Behavioral Support: Assisting students in behavior management, implementing behavior plans, and encouraging positive behaviors.

To Be Considered

  • Behavior Experience required
  • Must have completed 40 hour Behavior Therapist course
  • RBT license not required
  • Comfortable in Mild-Severe setting
  • Interviewing ASAP
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen
