Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Payroll Administrator based in a location in Tennessee. You will be part of a diverse and dynamic team, your primary role being to ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll functions, maintenance of employee records, and implementation of HR systems. This job function is within the industry where you will be utilizing your skills in accounting software systems, ADP financial services, and other related areas.Responsibilities:
• Accurately process payroll reconciliations to the general ledger.
• Maintain and update employee personal information, employment contracts, and attendance records, ensuring confidentiality and security.
• Assist in the onboarding process, including preparing new employee paperwork, conducting orientation, and setting up employee profiles in HR systems.
• Facilitate offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and handling exit paperwork.
• Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters, and maintain a repository of HR forms for easy access.
• Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries, and collaborate with external benefit providers for accurate administration of employee benefits.
• Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, coordinating communication with candidates, and assisting in the screening of resumes and applications.
• Disseminate HR policies, updates, and announcements to employees, and serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and assist in the preparation of reports for audits and compliance checks.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, maintain training records, and track employee development.
• Enter and maintain HR data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), and generate reports and analytics as required by HR management.
• Provide administrative assistance to HR managers and team members, assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledge of Ceridian
• Capability to use Crystal Reports
• Understanding of 401k - RRSP Administration
• Experience with About Time software
• Proficiency in Accounting Functions
• Ability to conduct Auditing
• Experience in Benefit Functions
• Ability to Create Reports
• Experience in Benefits Administration
• Familiarity with Benefits Payroll
• Understanding of Department SOP's
