Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking a professional and organized Bilingual Receptionist with mail room responsibilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while managing mail room operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
-Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
-Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing packages.
-Manage and maintain office supplies related to mail room operations.
-Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
-Translate documents and facilitate communication for Spanish-speaking clients and staff.
