Position: Education Specialist
Location: Riverside, California
Pay Range: $40$50 per hour (based on experience)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Education Specialist to join our team in Riverside, California. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) that meet the specific needs of students with disabilities, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to foster academic and behavioral growth.
- Lead and participate in IEP meetings, engaging all stakeholders in the development and review of student plans.
- Conduct formal and informal assessments to track student progress and refine teaching methods as needed.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to reach their full potential.
- Maintain organized and accurate records, including IEP documentation, progress reports, and assessments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
- Active California Education Specialist Credential or Special Education Teaching Credential.
- Experience working with students with disabilities in an educational setting is required.
- Knowledge of California special education laws and regulations (IDEA, Section 504, ADA).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, colleagues, and administrators.
- Experience in creating IEPs, conducting assessments, and monitoring student progress.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay ranging from $40 to $50, based on experience.
- Full benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, and a 401(k) plan.
