Special Education Case Manager
ProCare Therapy is currentlyseeking an experienced and detail-oriented Special Education Case Manager to oversee and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) and services for students with special needs in one of our trusted school districts. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state special education regulations, coordinating services, and collaborating with educators, parents, and service providers to support student success.

Description
- Full time or part time
- If part time - 3 days per week
- 3rd grade caseload
- Position is located in Pittsfield, NH
- Caseload size is to be determined
- Full 24/25 school year
- More details to be discussed upon interview
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education andthen a Master'sdegree in Special Education or Teaching Students with Special Needs
- Active state Licensure
- Active state Certification
- Experience working with severe needs/self-contained settings
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual/in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
