LHH is seeking a meticulous and organized Bookkeeper to join our client’s organization in Westerville, OH. This is a temp-to-hire position that requires the candidate to work onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience in full cycle accounts payable, payroll, and administrative duties. Responsibilities:
Manage full cycle accounts payable, including verifying, classifying, and recording invoices
Process payroll accurately and on time
Handle administrative tasks such as ordering lunch and office supplies
Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any discrepancies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable and payroll experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
Experience with accounting software and payroll systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
