Job Title: Full-Time School Paraprofessional

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time School Paraprofessional to join our educational team in Wheatland, CA. This role is essential in supporting teachers and students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with academic or behavioral needs.
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations.
• Supervise students during non-classroom activities, such as recess and lunch.
• Support the preparation of classroom materials and activities.
• Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or similar setting (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
