We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Superintendent to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will organize and oversee Civil construction projects and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner per requirements within budget.

Our main focus has always been civil, site work, and heavy-highway projects, including:

· Turn-key Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Site Developments

· Golf Courses

· Highway and Roadway Construction

· Parking Lot Improvements

· Resort Site Work Improvements

· Landfills

· Dam Restoration and Decommission

· Sanitary Sewer Systems

· Water Transmission & Services

· Storm Drainage Improvements

· Rockfall Mitigation

· Slope Stabilization

· Underwater Excavation/Dredging

Responsibilities

  • Obtain project permits from appropriate authorities

  • Schedule & procure resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations

  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met

  • Carryout & Supervise field crews & subcontractors

  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports

  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards

  • Weekly review of project schedule & budget

Skills

  • Experience as Civil Superintendent

  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and standards

  • Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, & scheduling sofwares

  • Familiarity with construction/ project management software

  • Outstanding communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • A team player with leadership abilities'
