Looking to get a jump on making some extra cash for the upcoming holidays? How about a two month assignment through mid-November 2024 earning 21.00/hour working through Adecco at our client, MSA, in Murrysville, PA? This is a Part-Time 32 hour/week hybrid role working 2 days onsite at MSA in Murrysville and 2 days remotely. The Purchasing Aide position involves assisting the buyer team with updating PO’s, working with suppliers, and updating the database.
Job Duties for the Purchasing Aide include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the buyer team with updating PO’s.
Contacting suppliers to get delivery dates, lead times and pricing information.
Entering delivery dates and lead time information into database.
Coordinating with buyers and suppliers.
Using SAP, phone, and email.
Qualifications for the Purchasing Aide:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
Familiarity with database systems such as SAP is a plus
Proficient in typing and windows navigation
High attention to detail and accuracy
High School diploma or GED equivalent
Pay Rate = 21.00/hour
Schedule = Monday through Thursday; 8:00AM-4:30PM
