A and B shifts both available

We are seeking versatile Machine Shop Associates / Blasters to join an established manufacturing company in Rochester, NY. This role involves blasting metal parts to ensure a smooth finish, with opportunities to assist in various tasks throughout the metal fabrication shop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate industrial parts blaster to produce high-quality finishes.
  • Perform routine paperwork, including inspections and work order transactions.
  • Assist in other areas of the shop as needed, such as punch press, press brake, spot-welding, and assembly.
  • Handle hazardous materials safely and follow all safety protocols.
  • Maintain quality control and follow ISO 9001 requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Safety-conscious with a willingness to wear PPE daily.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Experience or willingness to learn various shop equipment and tasks.
