Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Binghamton, New York

Pay: $1-28/hr

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain equipment and structures.
• Perform electrical system repairs and routine maintenance.
• Conduct patching, painting, and general repairs.
• Execute preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Clean, change oils, and replace worn parts.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of building and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read service manuals and drawings.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using tools and equipment.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and preventive maintenance.
• Electrical troubleshooting and blueprint reading skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $28.00
