Job Description
The heat treater helper is responsible for assisting in the heat treat process, which begins after screws are manufactured. The candidate will transfer screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building, place bolts individually in metal racks, and ensure they are properly coated during the heat treat furnace process. This role requires standing for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
Responsibilities- Transfer screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building.
- Place 12-18 inch long bolts individually within metal racks.
- Ensure proper placement for effective coating in the heat treat furnace.

Work EnvironmentThe candidate will work in a state-of-the-art Heat Treat facility, standing for 12 hours straight. This is a weekend role with day shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm, and night shifts on Friday and Saturday from 11 pm to 11 am. The candidate will work alongside Heat Treat operators. There are racking rooms being built that will be temperature controlled.
