Local McPherson plastics facility is looking for a hard working general laborer to join their team. This position will work M-F 7am-4pm paying $19.19/hour.?????? The ideal candidate will have previous experience with forklifts, skid steers, and some background in construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Prepare and clean work sites, including clearing debris and maintaining a safe environment
- Follow all safety protocols and adhere to company safety standards
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and project goals
- At least 1 year with recent employer
- Valid drivers license
- Previous experience with forklifts and or construction work
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects up to 50lbs
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Show strong attention to detail
