Storeroom Attendant

We are looking for a Storeroom Attendant to work on an inventory team with a great company in Hopkinsville, KY This position offers a 2-2-3 schedule

Position Summary:

The Storeroom Attendant is an individual contributor positioned within a customer’s location to fulfill daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of customers and/or inventory. The Storeroom Attendant is responsible for maintaining a professional, clean, and organized work environment.

Job duties:

• Unloads receives, and puts away incoming products, goods, and tools/equipment.
• Accurately sorts, labels, moves, and stores items.
• Enters data into a database or other computerized system to maintain up-to-date stock records.
• Request requisitions to replenish inventory.
• Inspects and measures tools/equipment for defects.
• Delivers tools or equipment to associated work locations.
• Performs other related duties as requested.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and interpret documents, work orders, and operating and maintenance instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency and/or a demonstrated technical aptitude to learn; preferred technical skills to include but not limited to MS Office products, Vista, Control, SX.e, and Prophet 21.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• May be required to pass warehouse equipment certifications.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
