Responsibilities

  • Supporting a seamless new hire onboarding process for candidates transitioning to Team Members and addressing any questions or concerns they may have during the onboarding process.
  • Acting as point of contact for all issues related to onboarding including cross-team communication with Team Member Servies (TMS), Legal, and Training to facilitate a smooth hiring process for incoming Team Members.
  • Coordinating and tracking pre-employment screening requirements such as background checks and drug screens and conducting meetings with team members to communicate the status and results of their background checks.
  • Analyzing all components of background check including drug screening, employment, education, criminal, and credit while working closely with background check vendor to ensure compliance and timely completion.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership to make employment decisions based on the results of team member background checks and drug screens.
  • Processing team member name change requests in accordance with company policies and procedures, and ensuring accurate updates to all relevant records and systems.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or onboarding processes.
  • Familiar with the process of assessing background check assessments.
  • Familiar with I9 documents and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
