Location: Gray, GA: Charming town in Jones County known for its small-town charm, friendly atmosphere, and scenic surroundings, offering outdoor recreation and a sense of munity.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct prehensive assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
- Develop tailored treatment plans to address students' individual needs and promote participation in classroom activities.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, implementing therapeutic activities and interventions.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' success and participation in educational tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and student progress.
Qualifications:
- Hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Possess state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, and school staff.
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not mandatory.
