Are you a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking to make a meaningful impact in a student's life? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dedicated school district in Canyon Country, CA, as a full-time LVN for an Elementary caseload.

Position: Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Location: Canyon Country, CA
Assignment: Elementary Caseload
Special Requirements: Experience with G-Tube, Vent, and Trach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized medical care and monitoring for an Elementary caseload.
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other health professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Ensure the students health needs are met with compassion and professionalism throughout the school day.
  • Maintain accurate health records and adhere to school and district health policies.

What Were Looking For:

  • Valid LVN license and relevant certification in California.
  • Proven experience with G-Tube, Vent, and Trach care.
  • Strong communication skills and a nurturing approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for making a difference in a childs educational journey.
