ProCare Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in Rockingham, North Carolina. This is a full-time role dedicated to supporting K-12 students in achieving their communication goals. Join a team that values collaboration, growth, and student success

Position Overview:
  • Location: Rockingham, NC
  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
  • Caseload: K-12 students
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Full school year
  • Pay: Competitive hourly rates
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in implementing speech therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Provide both group and one-on-one therapy sessions.
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student development.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive environment for all students.
Requirements:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Active North Carolina SLPA license.
  • School-based experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
