Role Responsibilities:
- Customized Therapy: Develop and execute tailored therapy plans and individualized education programs (IEPs) to enhance students fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living functions.
- Assessment & Treatment: Perform detailed evaluations to understand each student's needs and provide targeted interventions to support their progress.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to incorporate therapy goals into everyday classroom activities, supporting overall student growth.
- Documentation: Maintain prehensive records of therapy sessions, student progress, and interactions with parents and school personnel.
- Professional Engagement: Participate in school meetings and ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest techniques and advancements in occupational therapy.
What Were Looking For:
- Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related discipline.
- Licensure: Valid OT license or certification in Wisconsin.
- Experience: Experience in a school setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong munication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and educational staff.
- Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
