Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The role involves loading needle inserts into molds on plastic injection machines, sorting parts, inspecting for quality, and labeling and completing necessary documentation. This position requires working in a clean-room regulated environment and may involve standing for an entire 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities
  • Load needle inserts into molds on plastic injection machines
  • Sort parts and inspect for quality
  • Label and complete documentation accurately
  • Work in a clean-room regulated environment following safety protocols
  • Operate various machines, which may involve standing for 8 hours
Essential Skills
  • Solid fine motor skills
  • Willingness to work with tiny parts
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion
  • Comfortable standing for 8-hour shifts
  • Manufacturing experience or a background in fast-paced work preferred

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean-room regulated environment, wearing a gown, bonnet, and safety glasses. The work may involve sitting or standing depending on the press machine, with some days requiring standing for the entire 8-hour shift. The facility is well-ventilated, with constant noise from molding machines, but it is not excessively loud. The schedule typically includes shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with at least one weekend day required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vadnais Heights, Minnesota.

The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80
