Job Overview:

Experis is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and manage critical Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects. The primary focus will be on securing access for non-Experis third parties, including temporary workers, B2B users, B2C users, and others who require access without Global IDs.

This role will ensure that Experis's access management processes are robust, scalable, and aligned with the company's security policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead IAM projects focused on securing access for third-party users, including temporary workers at plants, distribution centers (DCs), third-party logistics (3PLs) partners, and third-party installers.
  • Design and implement secure, temporal access solutions for various non-Experis third parties, ensuring compliance with Experis's security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Assess, inventory, rectify, and manage B2B access to Experis's vendor applications, ensuring that all B2B connections are secure and efficiently managed.
  • Gather and document use cases for remote access based on real business scenarios, working closely with business units to understand their specific needs and challenges.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with third-party access to Experis's systems, including unauthorized access and potential security breaches.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proven experience in managing IAM projects in complex environments, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
  • Strong understanding of IAM technologies, protocols, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a plus.
Working Conditions:

Some travel may be required to various Experis facilities or third-party locations.
