Key Responsibilities

  • Assist and oversee surveying teams to ensure accurate and efficient completion of projects.
  • Understand and apply land surveying practices for Maryland, including residential and commercial surveying.
  • Utilize software such as Civil3D, AutoCAD, and ArcGIS to create accurate maps and reports.
  • Operate Trimble Total Stations and GPS equipment to collect data and conduct surveys.
  • Develop and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in land surveying.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
