Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Treasury Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management, banking operations, and investment activities for our global organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Seagate's global cash management, banking operations, and investment activities to support business needs and capital return program.
- Develop and implement cash management and cash forecasting process improvements through automation and cross-functional process refinement.
- Manage daily banking operations and assist in maintaining banking relationships in the US and international markets.
- Anticipate cash needs and work with the Assistant Treasurer to recommend optimal means for raising funds through debt, equity, or changes in company policy.
- Assist in accessing the capital markets and executing financing transactions, including bank facilities, debt financing, and ratings agency awareness.
- Responsible for all SOX controls and ensuring compliance for treasury operations.
- Prior global corporate treasury experience.
- Investment banking or capital markets experience a plus.
- Previous management experience (direct or indirect).
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
- Experience with treasury and ERP systems (e.g., Integrity, Oracle, SAP).
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Colorado's 2021 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires us to inform you of the estimated base salary range for this position: $140,000 - $207,000. Actual salary range is based on fair market value of the role in the geography in which you live based on the requirements of the job and your skills.
