Role Overview

In RGH - Global Ltd, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Brownwood, Texas, you'll play a vital role in providing advanced cardiac monitoring and contributing to the success of our team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and interpreting telemetry data, such as electrocardiograms and heart rate.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
  • Identifying and addressing critical changes in patient conditions.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and upholding the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
  • Licenses & Certifications:
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • CPR-BCLS certification
  • ACLS certification (required before orientation completion)
  • NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion)
  • Experience: Ideal for both new graduates and experienced RNs looking to specialize in telemetry care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 and relocation assistance of up to $5,000 for applicants moving 200+ miles. You'll also enjoy flexible shifts, including day and night options, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to advance your skills and knowledge.
