The analyst will collaborate with management and key stakeholders to uncover and assess business opportunities. The solutions may necessitate modifications to current systems, the selection and integration of third-party solutions, or the implementation of existing features within the current framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transition to S/4 HANA from existing ERP systems.
  • Analyze business process opportunities, propose enhancements, coordinate with business leaders, and design effective business systems.
  • Ensure adherence to IT development protocols and standards.
  • Support the Power User Network by facilitating meetings, coordinating training, resolving integration challenges, and maintaining documentation.
  • Develop and manage project plans and budgets while leading multi-site business development initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance by staying updated on emerging technologies and suggesting their application to business opportunities.
  • Act as a change agent within the organization to promote the adoption of process and IT system modifications.
  • Review system specifications for thoroughness and accuracy, ensuring that adequate information is provided.
  • Coordinate software testing on system changes and mentor business users in creating test plans.
  • Serve as a liaison between software development teams, management, and end-users to deliver effective software solutions.
  • Oversee project follow-up and closure, ensuring ongoing support.
  • Function as a lead resource for IT analysts and developers, providing direction and reviewing documentation.
  • Lead large-scale international business development projects.
  • Formulate and coordinate software testing plans for larger initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Arts preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in functional modules such as Sales, Finance, and Purchasing.
  • At least 5 years of experience in detailing program specifications and conducting program testing.
  • 5+ years of experience in providing direction to IT personnel and users.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing process and system modifications.

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid model with a combination of on-site and remote work.
