Position Overview

Role Summary

As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the management and execution of product recalls in compliance with regulatory standards and timelines.
  • Core Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of recall initiatives to ensure adherence to regulatory deadlines and effective closure of recalls.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Product Development, Vendor Relations, and Procurement, to formulate recall strategies.
  • Draft and distribute recall notifications to affected customers.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation to Health Authorities, such as the FDA.
  • Identify and propose enhancements to the recall process and collaborate on actionable solutions.
  • Monitor and report on recall metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Facilitate communication regarding recalls with international Medline branches as needed.
  • Support FDA visits focused on recall effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years in a regulatory or quality assurance role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to assisting both internal and external stakeholders.
