**Requirements**

• A degree in building services engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Several years of professional experience as a certified expert in building, ventilation, and fire protection technology.

• Recognition as a testing expert for ventilation systems, CO warning systems, smoke and heat extraction systems, and fire extinguishing systems, or willingness to undergo training in these areas.

• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in German.

• A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to customer sites.
