We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech Therapist to join our team at UPMC. As a Clinical Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing quality speech pathology services to our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and hold a Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or be in the process of completing their Clinical Fellowship year. They will also be required to obtain a CPR certification based on AHA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of productivity that meets the standards established by the organization.
  • Prepare necessary time records and maintain accurate progress notes and professional records on all patients seen for speech pathology services.
  • Independently pursue professional growth and development related to this position and participate in community education and/or continuing education programs sponsored by the organization as requested.
  • Adhere to and support the organizational policies, procedures, and the mission, including the Corporate Compliance Program and its Code of Conduct and HIPAA regulations.
