Cupcake Artisan

Sprinkles Cupcakes is seeking a skilled Cupcake Froster to join our team. As a Cupcake Froster, you will be responsible for hand-frosting cupcakes and adding creative designs to each one.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary arts and a keen eye for detail. You will work closely with our team to perfect the art of frosting and learn the intricacies of the Sprinkles design.

$15-$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus tips.*

• Frosts and decorates cupcakes to high standards of quality.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Assists with daily tasks such as preparing ingredients, operating equipment, and maintaining inventory.
• Provides excellent customer service and interacts with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Learns and follows all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• A minimum of 1 year of previous food service experience (i.e., cook, server, host, baker, busser).
• Ability to work a changing schedule that can begin between Midnight and 3am.
• Ability to communicate verbally and understand/follow written and verbal instructions from management.
• Must be able to move around the front of the bakery as you bend down for bags and reach up for cupcake trays.
• Ability to be on your feet for hours at a time.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 60% of the time.
• Can lift at least 50 pounds, which can include carrying cupcake trays, frosting, and bags of boxed purchases.
