Baxter Health is currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient care while leading and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care for assigned patients on the nursing unit, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Collaborate with all members of the health care team, promoting evidence-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (ADN required, BSN preferred).
- Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License in good standing.
- Minimum of two years experience preferred (BLS required, ACLS within the first year of employment).
We offer a competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
