Job Summary

This role focuses on ensuring the safety and security of our associates, customers, and merchandise. As an Asset Protection Specialist, you will investigate, think critically, and work to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with associates, customers, and vendors to promote a safe and secure work environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to associates on safety and security protocols

Work Environment

This role is based in a Walmart Supercenter and requires the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mid-shift and closing shifts.
