Job Title: SailPoint Developer

Join our team as a SailPoint Developer at Syntricate Technologies Inc.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SailPoint IIQ solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Gather requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into technical details.
  • Analysis and Resolution: Find the root cause of production incident tickets and fix issues. Maintain the Run-book with technical documentation.
  • Enhancements: Enhance Out-of-the-Box functionality according to client requirements and push changes to production.
  • Design for Solution: Work with business clients to understand user requirements and design solutions that fit into SailPoint IIQ without disturbing existing functionality.
  • Development: Gather information related to end applications and create provisioning rules to automate access and removal.
  • Maintenance: Archive old work items, audit events, and identity snapshots in a separate database.
  • Role Management: Develop account selector rules and configure bundle workflows according to client requirements.
  • Application Onboarding: Migrate bulk users from different banners using SailPoint IIQ tools and bring users and user-related groups into SailPoint IIQ.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience with SailPoint IIQ and cloud security.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.
  • Experience with API Gateway and shared services like Kong.
