Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of tasks outlined in the service plan based on each resident's preferences and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the Medication Assistance Record.
  • Implement care and activities of daily living (ADLs) as per the resident service plan.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs, including pendant calls and community alarms.
  • Foster a caring relationship with residents, demonstrating empathy and promoting their independence and self-care.
  • Deliver care and services in alignment with the individual service plans for all assigned residents.
  • Understand and adhere to safety and infection control policies, practicing measures to prevent the spread of illnesses.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Identify and report any concerns regarding the resident's environment to ensure their safety and comfort.
