About the Role

Target is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our Endpoint Security team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in developing and enhancing products that keep our endpoints secure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and support open-source and vendor security tools, including Next-Gen Antivirus (NGAV), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and security logging pipelines.
  • Build automated test and deploy pipelines for endpoint security tools (CI/CD).
  • Collaborate with partner teams to ensure seamless integration and effective security controls.
  • Mentor engineers and improve engineering practices to drive innovation and excellence.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools, including Ansible, Kubernetes, or Chef.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset centered on team goals.
  • A passion for learning and staying current with new and evolving technologies.
