Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving area.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing special orders.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing product information.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
