Job Opportunity

Soccer Shots - Kentucky is seeking a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a part-time soccer coach. As a coach, you will be responsible for engaging children aged 2-8 with enthusiasm and creativity, while promoting character development through positive reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead groups of 10-12 kids for 35-40 minute classes, utilizing Soccer Shots curriculum and teaching techniques.
  • Conduct soccer sessions, including setup and takedown, while ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants.
  • Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers to ensure a smooth and successful experience.
  • Participate in comprehensive paid training program to develop coaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • No prior sports/coaching experience required, as we provide paid training.
  • Energetic, reliable, and organized individual with a high school degree.
  • Ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills.
  • Access to reliable transportation (car) and a valid driver's license.
