Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator-Extrusion to join our team at Mitsubishi Chemical Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our extrusion lines, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain extrusion lines, including setup, troubleshooting, and repair
  • Perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Load and unload materials, including rods, tubes, and plates, in air and nitrogen ovens
  • Adjust work-rest blades and program lay-line printing devices
  • Measure pre- and post-process rods using three-point micrometers
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of required process and quality records
  • Production reporting using barcode systems
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, measuring equipment, and forklifts
