Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time job with flexible evening hours? Do you enjoy working outdoors and being physically active? We have an exciting opportunity for an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet) at Valet Living.

Job Summary:

As an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet), you will be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor. This is a part-time position that requires working 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday, with shifts ranging from 2-4 hours long.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect trash from residents' doorsteps and transport it to the onsite trash compactor
  • Take required photos using our company's App during service
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure efficient trash collection
  • Adhere to safety protocols and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors, regardless of changing weather conditions
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app
