Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. iOS Engineer to join our software engineering team at Kohler Ventures. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with the Head of Software and product teams to design and develop scalable mobile architectures that meet the needs of our growing business.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and develop mobile architectures that can scale with the business growth of Kohler Ventures.
  • Work closely with hardware/software teams to drive requirements and ensure seamless integration.
  • Coordinate with product development teams to execute rollout/adoption of common libraries, services, and patterns.
  • Measurably improve code normalization across critical code concerns.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in software design and development for iOS platform.
  • Comprehensive expertise in mobile application technologies, communication protocols, and functions.
  • Strong understanding of SwiftUI and ability to craft responsive high-performance apps.
  • Availability to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
  • Minimal travel, both domestic and international.
  • Proficiency in pairing, configuring, and ensuring quality experiences with Bluetooth peripheral devices.
  • Champion for quality in code, processes, and culture.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.

Compensation

The approved base salary range for this position is $114,500 - $145,450. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, education, and location. This position is subject to Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) that ranges from 24.5%-30% of base salary for the San Francisco Bay area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $148,850 - $200,000 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
