As a Med Surg Nephrology Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and manage patient symptoms, medications, and treatments to ensure safe and effective care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited diploma, associates, or baccalaureate degree registered nursing program.
- Minimum of six (6) months of clinical experience as a licensed Registered Nurse.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification.
