Vericel Corporation, a leader in advanced therapies for the sports medicine and severe burn care markets, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Burn Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for generating demand for our products and services by fostering healthcare professional interest, education, and access to our burn care solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive adoption of our burn care products in targeted burn centers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons and support personnel, to educate them on the benefits of our products.
  • Collaborate with our Clinical Support team to optimize management of all Epicel cases and applicable NexoBrid treatments.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop case studies, white papers, and advocates for conferences and Vericel programs.
  • Expertly leverage promotional materials to effectively tell the Vericel story and inspire action.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospital-based specialty healthcare products sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong clinical and scientific acumen, particularly in burns or wound care.
  • Understanding of medical reimbursement and ability to work to resolve billing issues with providers.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team and adapt to changing business needs.
