Position Overview

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist

Location: Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends off)

Salary: Starting at $68,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehend and adhere to state practice regulations governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
  • Complete all required corporate and clinical training, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assess, treat, and manage treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
  • Maintain respectful and open communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families, and third-party payers.
  • Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
  • Outpatient clinical rotation if currently a student
  • Outpatient experience within the last five years if a practicing clinician
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License
  • Current CPR certification required
