Ofs Fitel, LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our team in Carrollton, Georgia. The successful candidate will provide on-site medical services, preventive health care, and employee counseling to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct medical assessments, provide treatment, and track employee health conditions and injuries.
  • Administer urine drug screening and breath alcohol testing, and manage results according to protocol.
  • Assess and refer employees to Employee Assistance Program (EAP), medical plan, or other resources for health, work, stress, emotional, and substance abuse problems.
  • Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with management to assess, treat, track, and analyze work-related illnesses and injuries.
Requirements
  • Active state nursing license as a registered nurse.
  • Associate or Bachelor degree and certification in occupational health nursing or case management preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in emergency, urgent care, or occupational health setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Federal and State Industrial Requirements.
  • Working knowledge of Lead Standards.
  • Skilled in case management.
  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal regulatory and compliance issues (OSHA, Lead Standard Worker's Comp, Blood Borne Pathogens, etc.).
