Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance and repair work on plumbing, heating, air-conditioning, electrical, ventilation, and pumping systems.
  • Supervise minor construction or building alteration projects.
  • Keep accurate records and prepare reports on maintenance activities.
  • Participate in the development and administration of maintenance contracts.
  • Coordinate with other departments and outside agencies to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in building maintenance, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
