We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Barista Coordinators in New Orleans. This is a great opportunity to be part of a leading local and independent hospitality group known for owning, operating, and innovating diverse restaurant concepts.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. Key responsibilities include taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers at the counter or table.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and work in a manner consistent with the mission of OnePack Hospitality Group and your assigned restaurant location/concept.
- Receive and process guest payments efficiently.
- Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees, or teas.
- Taking guest orders and conveying them to other employees for preparation.
- Provide guests with product details, such as coffee blend or preparation descriptions.
- Describe menu items to guests or suggest products that might appeal to them.
- Serve prepared foods, such as muffins, biscotti, or bagels.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
