We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sapphire at Liberty Pointe. This role offers a competitive pay range of $40 – $53 per hour, based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus.
Shift OptionsFlexible shift options are available, including 12-hour, 10-hour, or 8-hour night shifts.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe LPN will be responsible for:
- Delivering primary nursing care to residents with diverse backgrounds and medical histories.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions.
- Providing medical interventions for urgent needs.
- Implementing and adhering to orders from Primary Care Providers.
- Communicating residents' needs to external providers, including family members and healthcare agencies.
- Assisting in the supervision of health services staff as required.
