Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to resident needs and alarms, demonstrating empathy and fostering independence.
- Maintain accurate records of care and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident status.
- Conduct safety checks at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring a secure environment for all residents.
- Recognize and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff in a timely manner.
- Assist with medication administration and ensure timely delivery of prescribed treatments.
- Support residents during meal times, including preparation and serving, while monitoring dietary habits.
- Follow emergency protocols and respond to resident requests for assistance efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Caregiver is essential.
- Prior experience as a Medication Technician is preferred.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required or must be obtained.
- Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability are crucial.
