- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Washington Occupational Therapist License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Occupational Therapy
- 1 year of experience in an Occupational Therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical field
