Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Home Care team at Senior Community Care of Northern Kentucky PACE. As a Home Care CNA, you will provide essential care and support to our participants in their homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist participants with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide restorative and supportive care to ensure the physical and health safety of the home environment.
  • Monitor and report the health status of participants and provide a safe environment for them.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Care Coordinator to update participant status and confirm scheduled visits.
  • Perform directed household and homemaker services as assigned.
Requirements
  • Active and up-to-date certification in CPR.
  • Minimum of one-year experience working with the frail or elderly population.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical clearance for communicable diseases and up-to-date immunizations.
  • Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and means of transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current STNA license.
  • Bilingual skills.
